Persistent pain CAN be indicative of damage though, which is untreated. Persistent pain isn't always a learned behaviour triggered by psychological factors. People really need to stop perpetuating this myth.

Even medical education videos tend to shy away from showing the actual process, instead you keep seeing the generic 'gowned woman standing in front of the X-ray unit' scenes with the entire breast concealed, because they're excessively concerned about female nudity rather than showing the trainees how the patient is positioned. Also thank you to the patient who allowed this to be filmed for the sake of education.
